500 Days of Summer

Last night, after watching the amazing Gold medal hockey game, Mark and I watched 500 Days of Summer.  I have been looking forward to seeing this movie for a while  And I have to say it was adorable.  I just really loved it.  The cast was perfect in every way.  They were quirky and lovable and unique.  I HIGHLY recommend seeing this if you haven't already!

I loved their sweet chemistry...

I loved Summer's quirky style...

I loved the blue toile walls in Summer's bedroom

I loved the chalk headboard in Tom's bedroom

I loved the random dance sequence!

And I loved the park Tom took Summer to

There wasn't anything I didn't love about this movie!  Have you seen it?  What did you think?

  6. Newbie commenter. (I live in the 'burbs of NOLA.) I absolutely LOVED this movie. I've been a fan of both actors but just fell more deeply for JG-L. And Zooey is just adorable.

  7. I can't wait to hear what you girls think of the movie when you see it!! Emily, so glad to have another NOLA blogger here! I agree, I just love Zooey and JG-L was so cute in 3rd Rock from the Sun, and even cuter in 500 Days!!!

  8. I also really liked this movie. It's different, but in a good way. I think anyone who has been through a breakup would get something out of it.

  11. I LOVED the ending! It was so hopeful...Just because you've had your heart broken, doesn't mean your soulmate isn't around the corner!
