I thought it would be fun to play along with Trish again this week for Pink and Green Thursday.
I hope you have a minute today to stop and smell the roses...

Do you have a favorite flower? I love hydrangeas and peonies, but I also love how perfectly classic roses are.

Love it all, especially love the pink and green floral arrangement in photo #3. So sweet of you to play with Trish! If I didn't have Thirsty Thursday, I would too. Maybe next week I'll combine the two. :)
ReplyDeleteI seriously think I was smelling roses when I saw your images!
So pretty!! My favorite flowers are also peonies! I wish they had a longer season, though.
ReplyDeleteI too, love hydrangeas. I thought my hydrangea bush had died with the cold this winter, but they came back and they are starting to bloom now! and they are PINK!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite flowers are gerber daisies!
I am a red rose girl! I know its lame but I think they are so classic and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Hydrangeas (my wedding flowers) and peonies are my favorites too, but you may have sold me on roses with some of those pictures! I can almost smell them.....
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is Hydrangeas (have you seen the new Scarlett), plumeria, and Tibouchina. I also love Peonies, but of course we don't have those in the deep south. I love this post NOLA girl, wonderful images, and the flow is fantastic, not choppy!
ReplyDeleteOh I so need a moment like any of these photos.. beautiful, pieceful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures!!! Love that cupcake!! :)
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite flowers is tulips!
These pictures are so pretty and romantic! I really love those pink shoes!
ReplyDeleteHave fun in Paris! Lucky you! Thanks for stopping by!
Loving all the pink and green especially the cupcake! Thanks for stopping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I just realized that was probably the longest comment ever. Sorry about that, I got carried away! :) xoxox
ReplyDeleteJen! Hi my love! How are you today? Counting down the hours until you get on that plane I bet!!
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say that this post was full of so much gorgeous eye candy, I really did have to look through it five times because I didn't know where to start! Tell me about that little pink dress with the rosettes - do you love it as much as I do? I just think it is precious! Maybe if the blossoms weren't so huge I could pull it off..hmmm...but you on the other hand being so tall and gorgeous I think could DEFINITELY pull it off! Tres Parisienne, n'est ce pas? Carrie would certainly approve!
Your roses and peonies are to die for...can I just tell you last weekend in coastal Maryland I came across more knockout garden roses and peony bushes, with literally HUNDREDES of blossomes and even more buds that had not opened. There was a man I used to work with that used to bring me peonies every day in May (well all the ladies in the office, not just me heehee!)...he had hundreds of bushes on his property, all different varieties. My favorite were the Sarah Bernhardt peonies, they have the graduated shades of pink throughout the blossom - AMAZING! The first floral arrangement is totally cool, never thought about doing an centerpiece like that but now I will! And the third centerpiece is amazing. I wanted to do something like that at our wedding but because we had to change venues at the last minute (LONG STORY for a later date, you will die!) we had to go with shorter, wider arrangement. I love those tall vases with the branches extending out, so dramatic. :)
What a gorgeous post my dear, I just love them all! xoxox Hope you had a very happy Pink & Green Thursday!! xoxo
I love this pink and green day idea! You would have loved my wedding bouquet because it was all peonies and hydrangeas. I also love tulips.
ReplyDeletePS: Safe travels and enjoy some yummy macarons for me!
