We are heading out of town again this weekend. It's crazy! I haven't unpacked yet from our trip to Minneapolis!! This is not a complaint since I couldn't be more excited to go to Asheville, NC for the very first time.
It is more of a confession of how scatter brained I have been the past few weeks. We have been going and going without much of a break. But we're trying to pack as many fun things as we can into this summer. Since we'll both be starting new jobs when we move home at the end of September, we feel like we need to make the most of every minute we can. Who knows how often we'll be able to go on little getaways!
And who doesn't love a getaway! There's something so adventurous about traveling to new places and seeing new things. You try new foods and meet new people. It's all so exciting!! So here we go, off again not knowing what we'll find, but knowing that life is always more interesting when a traveling circus is involved.

ReplyDeleteYou will have a blast in Asheville! I love it there. It's such a fun, artsy town. There's apparently a really nice new shopping area?? Willimas Sonoma??
Thank you for your sweet little shout out up there :)
XOXO
Oooohhh, there is something about a circus that makes everyone feel young and care-free again. We rarely had them around where I grew up, but I have such fond memories of when I did get to go. Take me away to the circus! Great pics, by the way!
ReplyDeleteAsheville is wonderful, there are also some really fun little towns just on the outskirts!! There is a little pizza place in Weaverville, NC http://www.bluemountainpizza.com/ It's yummy!! If ya'll get the chance check it out!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! This is a circus I would enjoy watching... (as long as there aren't any animals)
ReplyDeleteLove Asheville. Tons to do there. I'm sure you're going to the Biltmore but be sure to do 3 other things: go check out the Grove Park Inn(maybe do a spa day..no treatment just a day pass), go check out the Blue Ridge Parkway..amazing around that area. AND.. head to downtown Asheville. Super cool!
ReplyDeleteCheck out this post from the fall..
