The bateman team from my alma mater, Loyola University New Orleans, has launched a campaign to raise awareness about childhood obesity and healthy lifestyle choices. The campaign is titled "Choose Dis, Not Dat," and is a play on the local dialect which I thought was so clever! Their facebook page is filled with helpful tip and tricks about making good and healthy choices. I know they would love your support - so hop on over and like their page!
Here's their recipe for a healthy and delicious hummus.

I hope you'll choose 'dis recipe next time you're looking for a yummy snack!
The name of the campaign totally reminds me of the book 'Eat this, not that' - which I love! What a great healthy recipe :) Hope everything is well yith you & your babygirl.
